Lockhart Interior provides professional interior design, consultancy, and digital design services. The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in a separate quotation or proposal provided to the client.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Any person (Client) who uses our services or makes a payment via our website or authorized payment links is deemed to have accepted these terms in full.

3. Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance of 50% (or as specified in the proposal) is required to initiate any project.

• Milestone Payments: Balance payments must be made according to the agreed milestones or before the delivery of final design files/site execution.

• Taxes: All payments are subject to applicable taxes as per Indian government regulations.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate measurements (if site visit is not possible), timely feedback, and necessary approvals. Delays in response from the client may lead to shifts in the project timeline.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and concepts created by Lockhart Interior remain the intellectual property of the firm until full and final payment is received. Upon final payment, the client is granted a license to use the designs for the intended project only.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lockhart Interior shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any delays caused by third-party vendors/contractors.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana (or your specific city).
